Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga
$25 - price includes board fee
This slower, Hatha-inspired SUP Yoga class focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, balance, and grounding while gently flowing through supportive postures on the water. Participants are encouraged to honor their personal range of motion while developing greater body awareness, stability, and nervous system relaxation through intentional movement and deep diaphragmatic breathing. The natural movement of the water creates a calming, meditative experience that supports both physical and mental relaxation while remaining approachable for all experience levels. Registration is required for participation as boards are limited.

Boards & Bowls

Find your balance on and off the water with this unique experience that combines Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga with the soothing sounds of a sound immersion. Begin by moving through a gentle, accessible yoga practice on your paddle board, building strength, balance, and mindfulness while surrounded by nature. Then, settle into relaxation as the vibrations of singing bowls and other healing instruments wash over you, creating a peaceful and restorative experience on the water. Perfect for beginners and experienced paddlers alike, Boards & Bowls offers a fun and refreshing way to connect with your body, calm your mind, and enjoy the beauty of being outdoors. Registration is required for participation as boards are limited!
Soul Retrieval: Sacred Realms 1 - The Underworld
September 20th at 10 am (90 minutes)
$40 cash or $45 card

Begin your exploration of the sacred realms through guided shamanic journeywork, reflection, and intentional reconnection with the self. Difficult experiences, grief, trauma, major transitions, periods of survival, or disconnection can sometimes leave aspects of ourselves feeling distant, fragmented, or forgotten. In this workshop, participants will be guided through several journeys into and through the Underworld, approaching this realm not as a place of fear, but as a sacred landscape of depth, transformation, remembrance, and restoration. Through these journeys, participants will have opportunities to seek lost or fragmented soul pieces, reconnect with aspects of themselves that are ready to return, and discover the medicine this sacred realm may offer the parts of the soul that have gravitated there. The experience will also invite participants to listen to what these returning parts of themselves need in order to feel supported, loved, honored, and integrated while exploring ways to continue nurturing that relationship beyond the workshop. Please bring the journal you have been doing Soul Retrieval work in. If you are new, please let us know if you are bringing your own journal that will be specific only to Soul Retrieval and Curanderismo. No previous experience with shamanic journeying or soul retrieval is required.

This immersive experience is an invitation to release what has kept you disconnected from your authentic self, embrace the healing found in letting go, and step forward with greater clarity, resilience, and trust in your spiritual path. When things feel overwhelming or out of control, how do you return to your center to find clarity, direction, and peace of mind? During periods of change—especially around election times—stress, anxiety, anger and other strong emotions can build up and cloud the mind. Ignite your peace from within during this yoga class for all levels as we use breathwork, asana and meditation to embody these feelings, and practice transforming them from unproductive emotions into tools for action, courageous presence and finding your inner voice. Let’s join together as a community to offer support and kindness to all, remembering we are not separate from anyone or anything.

Día de los Muertos is a sacred time to honor those who came before us and celebrate the enduring bonds of love that transcend death. Through ancestral teachings, breathwork, guided meditation, sound healing, and meaningful ritual, this immersive workshop invites you to deepen your connection with your ancestors while creating space for remembrance, healing, and gratitude. Together, we'll explore the symbolism and traditions of Día de los Muertos, honoring the sacred cycle of life and death as we cultivate peace, release grief with compassion, and recognize that the wisdom, love, and legacy of our ancestors continue to guide and live within us. Bring images of those who walked before you who have passed to place on our community alter and maybe a food item that you would like to offer your relatives. This may be food or drink that was their favorite or that you most remember them for. Please note that you will be taking these items home afterwards.

Cancellation Policy
At Sacred Transcendence we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. If something comes up when you have an appointment, please give us a call or shoot us a text to inform us of your inability to make your appointment. It is our desire to be fair and effective for all of our clients as well as to be considerate to our therapist/teacher's time we have adopted the following policies:
24-hour cancellation
In most cases we require a 24-hour cancellation for any appointments, classes and workshops. This allows for the appointment or seat in a class/workshop to be offered to other clients. In the event that you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged $25 for any services (massage/energy work/craniosacral therapy) or the price of the class/workshop you signed up for upon your next visit.
No show appointments/classes/workshops
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to not show for their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment ($25 or class/workshop fee), and future service will be denied until payment is made.
After three (3) less than 24-hour cancellations or no-show appointments you will no longer be able to book appointments, with any of Sacred Transcendence’s team. In the event that you have a package with us, we will mail you a check for the remainder of the amount on your account with an itemized receipt of services rendered as well as the deduction ($25) from your missed appointments.
Minors (Birth - 18 years old)
We love having children join us for services, classes and workshops! We are requiring a parent or legal guardian to attend the child’s first service with us. Legal guardian must fill out and sign any and all paperwork for their child. We also have a release form for all legal guardians to sign in addition to intake forms giving Sacred Transcendence’s Team the okay to work with their child even if the minor is of driving age and come in on their own.
