Licensed Massage Therapist-Appointment-Based Position
We are seeking to hire 1–2 Licensed Massage Therapists who are passionate about individualized client care, continued education, and holistic wellness. We're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy helping others and believe that learning doesn't end when they receive their massage therapy license.
Whether you're newly licensed or have years of experience, we welcome practitioners who bring an open mind, strong professional ethics, and a genuine interest in developing their skills. As Sacred Transcendence continues to expand into additional areas of holistic wellness, we're looking for team members who want to grow alongside the practice.
Position & Scheduling
This is a part-time, as-needed employee position with flexible, appointment-based scheduling. We are currently seeking availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, including morning, afternoon, and evening opportunities.
Therapists establish their availability in coordination with management and are only required onsite for scheduled appointments, mandatory paid meetings, assigned training, and approved work-related responsibilities. Massage hours and appointment volume are not guaranteed.
Compensation & Benefits
$16/hour base pay for all hours worked, plus an additional $15–$29 per hands-on massage hour, based on qualifications and demonstrated skills.
Total compensation of $31–$45 per hands-on massage hour, including base pay.

Required Qualifications
Current Michigan Massage Therapist license.
Graduation from an accredited massage therapy program.
Professional liability insurance.
Completed Prenatal Massage and Hot Stone Massage training before applying.
Ability to provide safe, individualized massage treatments.
Commitment to professional conduct, accurate SOAP documentation, and client confidentiality.
Willingness to participate in mandatory paid team meetings and professional development activities.
Newly licensed massage therapists are encouraged to apply, provided they meet all required qualifications.
Additional training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, TMJ Massage, Aromatherapy, or CranioSacral Therapy is welcomed but not required.
