Meditation has been practiced since the oldest written records from around 1500 BCE in India, and it’s easy to see why! Since its journey around the globe meditation has evolved into numerous archetypes with each and every culture. Positively impacting countless people along the way. 

From various types of breathwork, to guided sensory meditations, visualizations, Transcendental Meditation, manifestation, Shadow Work, Shamanic Journeying, Zen meditation and so much more! There is something for everyone!  

Meditation can be practiced in short sessions for stress reduction in the evenings, or even setting your intentions for the day when you first wake up. It can be done in longer sessions for in depth self-reflection, physical or emotional healing and understanding. Meditation can also be utilized as an imagery escape into uncharted regions of the imagination.   

Meditation is a safe judgment free practice. And is great for any age or stage you are in your life, offering rich benefits for the mind, body, and soul.
